“Train the Trainer” Program
At CADD Centre, Training the Trainer is an integral part of business. CADD Centre provides training to all franchise instructors in a structured way. CADD Centre has evolved a learning chart that prepares trainers, and schedules the testing and certification for all trainers in the interval of every six months. CADD Centre tracks the performance of instructors and puts them on suitable training programmes. The Centre has designed a CAD/CAM/PPM project portal (www.caddcente.org) that supports scheduling and online training for instructors.
